1. Different design of EVA solar film production line

After over ten-year development, GWELL company has updated the EVA solar film production line to meet different requirements from clients.

(1) Based on different requirements of film width, GWELL will help customized the mold size and the cooling roller width. Now there are two mainly type of width used on our machine:

[1] Narrow width. What does it mean? We all know the width of solar panel ranges from 950-1300mm, so the width of EVA solar film should be in this range as well. Narrow width means customer chooses the EVA film width within 950-1300mm, like 1050mm, 1120mm, etc. By the width, customer will get one roll of EVA solar film at one time.

[2] Wide width. Compared to the narrow width, wide width means the EVA solar film extrusion line will produce EVA film with double width used in market. For example, the production line produces 2200mm wide EVA film, then we have film slitting knife to cut the film into two 1100mm wide EVA film. Therefore, customer will get two rolls of 1100mm EVA solar film at one time.

(2) Based on different requirements of production output, GWELL designed some different sizes of extruders to meet the request.
